Our pieces are made of 316L stainless steel with PVD coating: surgical and high-end jewelry. Unlike brass or copper, they do not rust, do not discolor, and resist water and sweat.
Even so, to make them last even longer, we recommend:
• Avoid contact with creams, perfumes, and products containing alcohol. Always put them on after applying them to your skin.
• Rinse with water (ideally filtered) after sweating, exercising, or wearing them to the beach.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to chlorinated pools or seawater.
• Store them individually in a closed place.

Returns & Exchanges
We only accept exchanges if the product presents a manufacturing defect.
If this is the case, please contact us explaining what happened and attach a few photos of the item. Our team will review the case and get back to you as soon as possible so we can agree on the best solution.
Due to the nature of our products — personal accessories — we do not accept exchanges or returns for other reasons. This policy allows us to ensure that every piece we deliver is completely new and in perfect condition for each customer.
If the product has been damaged due to causes unrelated to our brand, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible.
*Manufacturing defects must be reported within the first two days after receiving the package. After this period, we will not be able to accept exchanges or returns.
