Return policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. However, please note that we only accept exchanges for manufacturing defects and the part must be returned exactly as received, with its original packaging and labels.

To process a change, follow these simple steps:

• Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
• Please provide your order details, including your order number and the details of the product you wish to exchange.
• Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping address.
• Package the part exactly as you received it, including its original packaging and labels.
• Send the part to the address provided by our customer service team.

Once the returned part is received and the manufacturing defect confirmed, we will send you the replacement part within 10 working days.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges for any reason other than a manufacturing defect. Likewise, we reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.
