We know that you want to use your jewelery for many years! For a long duration we recommend:
• Avoid contact with creams, perfumes or products with alcohol.
• Avoid frequent contact with water.
• Store them individually in a closed place suitable for their care.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept exchanges if the product presents a manufacturing defect.
If this is the case, please contact us explaining what happened and attach a few photos of the item. Our team will review the case and get back to you as soon as possible so we can agree on the best solution.
Due to the nature of our products — personal accessories — we do not accept exchanges or returns for other reasons. This policy allows us to ensure that every piece we deliver is completely new and in perfect condition for each customer.
If the product has been damaged due to causes unrelated to our brand, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible.
*Manufacturing defects must be reported within the first two days after receiving the package. After this period, we will not be able to accept exchanges or returns.
